We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable Project Coordinator to join our team!

Nature of Work:

This position is responsible for supporting field operations by documenting project schedules, tracking work, updating weekly reports, and interfacing with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities: Duties listed below may vary in terms of importance and other duties may be added or eliminated as this position develops.

  • Coordinate with customers and crew members weekly to provide project progress reports. Work with Area Manager to update and submit project schedule to customer as requested.
  • Serve as contact-person for area customer complaints whether coming directly to KS or via the utility. Ensure the proper people are notified and that the final resolution is communicated.
  • Coordinate with customers and contractors to ensure work on jobsite remains efficient.
  • Enter and track status of work sites; including time and billing
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to requests for information.
  • Provide office support to field managers including, faxing, scanning, and filing documents.
 

Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   1. High School diploma or GED is required.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of office clerical experience, preferably in an office that supports field operations.
  3. Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  4. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  5. High level of customer service.
Desirable Qualifications:
  1. Familiar with maps and providing directions using North, South, East & West.
  2. Previous work experience in an office that supports field work.
