Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, Project Assistant to join our team!

Nature of Work:

This position is responsible for supporting field operations by documenting project schedules, organizing and sorting paperwork, and updating weekly reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties listed below may vary in terms of importance and other duties may be added or eliminated as this position develops.

  • Coordinate with field team leaders weekly to track project progress and communicate to the appropriate parties.
  • Collect & enter field data into excel spreadsheets and/or other systems for summary and tracking.
  • Create tickets based on work order information in Diggers Hotline ProPortal (web-based system) to have facilities located
  • Print, collate, and distribute work packets assigned to KS from client
  • Provide general office support to field team including, faxing, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Other duties and projects as necessary.

  1. Strong communication skills including ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of office clerical experience, preferably in an office that supports field operations.
  3. Above average computer skills including MS Office and ability to learn and adapt to various unique user interfaces.
  4. Ability to plan your work and meet deadlines.
  5. Above average organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Familiar with maps and providing directions using North, South, East & West.
  2. Previous work experience in an office that supports field work.
