• Prepare client invoices by collecting and analyzing data according to contract standards.
• Analyze and resolve issues quickly either independently or by engaging appropriate individuals for follow up and resolution.
• Maintain and organize customer billing information in an excel database to ensure invoice accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain project reports enabling leaders to track and monitor project progress.
• Provide accurate and timely details for accounting entry and processing.
• Respond to questions relating to billing, accounts receivable, and work-in-process and produce reports as needed.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge to perform detailed basic accounting tasks and procedures accurately.
• Minimum 3 years experience creating invoices based on contracted services. Additional years of general accounting experience strongly desired.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically including Excel.
• Very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to initiate, organize, and prioritize work.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
