We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable Project Assistant to join our team!

Nature of Work:

This position is responsible for supporting field operations by documenting project schedules, organizing and sorting paperwork, and updating weekly reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties listed below may vary in terms of importance and other duties may be added or eliminated as this position develops.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with field team leaders weekly to track project progress and communicate to the appropriate parties.
  • Collect & enter field data into excel spreadsheets and/or other systems for summary and tracking.
  • Provides general office support to field team including, faxing, scanning, and filing documents.

  1. High School diploma or GED is required.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of office clerical experience, preferably in an office that supports field operations.
  3. Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  4. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  5. High level of customer service.
  6. Strong financial acumen.
  7. Flourishes in ambiguity.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Familiar with maps and providing directions using North, South, East & West.
  2. Previous work experience in an office that supports field work.
