Nature of Work:
We are seeking efficient, safety-minded Concrete Laborers to join our team. This laborer position is responsible for completing assigned tasks in the field safely.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties listed below may vary in terms of importance and duties are subject to change as this position develops.
- Locating facilities
- Hauling equipment to sites
- Hauling soil, sand, and gravel
- Spotting for operator
- Ensure all is work completed safely and to customer expectations
- Communicate work progress to crew leader
- Any other related tasks to complete job
Required Competencies: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required. - Minimum of 2 years hard surface experience
- A keen attention to detail, and the ability to adjust to dynamic conditions
- Exceptional communication and team work skills
- Valid Class A CDL
- Experience in the utility industry
- Familiar with city codes
- Familiar with OSHA (State & Federal) rules and regulations
Work Conditions/Environment:

- Work will be performed in the field at the job site in all weather conditions.
