Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team!  This professional position is responsible for making contact with customers on a daily basis, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make and document calls with customers to schedule service appointments.
  • Enter data in excel spreadsheets and in other related systems to manage schedules.
  • Finalize and send out schedules to field crews at the end of each day.
  • Update weekly schedule based on projected completion dates.
  • Address questions and concerns, both internal and external, in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
  • Other office support duties as assigned.

  1. High School diploma or GED is required.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of customer service or other office based experience.
  3. Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  4. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and professionalism despite interruptions.
  5. Problem solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  6. Strong communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Additional post-secondary education such as an associate’s degree.
  2. Previous work experience in an office that supports field work.
